Thanks to them, the difficulties to start up engines by cold weather belong to the bad memories.  The reduction of fuel consumption (4000 buses would save 3,000,000 of liters of gas oil over one year) and of the pollution emission (50% of reduction of pollution during the first kilometers) are amazing with moreover a decrease of the engine wear and of the batteries.  Let’s add time saving as well as an improvement for the driver’s safety and comfort.
